I have not received any confirmation mail.

Normally, customers receive their order confirmation email within 24 hours.
However, if you did not receive that within 24 hours then you must contact our support services

Can I Cancel / Modify my order?

What Are The International Shipping Rates?

Our international shipping rates depend on multiple factors such as service (Standard/ Express/ DHL/EMS) and type of currier company.

What is your delivery time for international orders?

Well, if your required product is available in the stock then it will be dispatched within 2 working days.
However, the delivery time will depend on your selected currier company, shipping method, and the destinated address. The time will vary from 15 to 20 days.



Important Note:

Although we are working hard to deliver your ordered goods within estimated delivery time but delivery time is not guaranteed.

 

Delivery

I did not receive any purchase confirmation, what should I do?

After completing your order, you will receive a purchase confirmation email which will contain a tracking number.
However, if you did not receive that then you must check your Junk/Spam box.

 

Returns

Can I get 100% money back?

Under regulations of consumer contracts 2013, you have a right reserved to return your order.
In case of dissatisfaction, you can apply for your money return within 3 days of receiving your product.
You can apply for money return only if:

  • Product is different from the picture.
  • Damaged / Defective
  • Color faded / Discolored
  • Order is not received

The product must be unused otherwise, we will not issue any refund.
If you follow the given steps to deliver your product then within 4 to 5 working days your amount will be credited to your account.

Do I pay for returns?

Except the wrong product , Damaged /Defective , Color faded / Discolore situation customers are responsible for entire currier charges of the returned goods.

Can I use Free Return option?

Yes, but it depends on the product type and country of the customer.
You can apply for a return within 3 days after receiving the product.
You can go to the service point of the designated
logistics company to return completion and wait until the local warehouse will receive your returned parcel.

Refund will be made once the returned parcel is received and met the specified conditions for reimbursement.
