All prices are in Bulgarian Leva with VAT. We are determined to provide our users with the most accurate pricing information on the Site; however, errors may still occur, such as cases in which the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website, therefore, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item has an incorrect price, we may, at our discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. Shipping Policy 

After making the payment and completing the verification process, if the product you have requested is available in stock, it will be dispatched within 2 working days and delivered in 1-2 working days. If the product you ordered is not available in stock, the delivery time will depend on the type of courier company, the chosen shipping method, and the destination address, and it may take 30-35 days. Occasionally, during large promotional events and holiday rush, there may be a slight delay in validating your order, and additional shipping time may be required. Total delivery time includes pending credit authorisation, address verification, and processing, plus the expected shipping time for your order.

Free Return Policy

We will send you an email to confirm that your item has been received, and then follow up with another email once the application has been processed to let you know your return was approved. What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Did you receive a faulty unit or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order? 

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Please include the following information:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number.

 

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
